Cancellation policy

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or changes in registration and accommodation must be sent in writing to the Technical Secretariat of the Congress via email (info.fisioterapia@evento.es).

● Cancellations received before November 31, 2023 will be entitled to a refund of 100% of the amount paid (expenses and transfer commissions on behalf of the congressman).

● Cancellations received between December 1, 2023 and January 31, 2024 will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount paid (expenses and transfer commissions on behalf of the congressman).

● Congress registrations, dinners and hotels canceled after February 1, 2024 will not be entitled to a refund.


The corresponding returns will be made once the Congress has finished.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOTELS

Accommodation cancellations: All cancellations must be sent in writing to the email of the technical secretariat info.fisioterapia@evento.es

Cancellations received before February 1, 2024 will have a 70% penalty for administrative and cancellation expenses, with 30% of the amount being returned. Returns will be made after the Congress.

Cancellations received after February 1, 2024 will not be entitled to a refund, with a 100% penalty.


The sending of the payment does not imply any confirmation. The accommodation will be confirmed when the congressperson receives the corresponding confirmation letter with their contracted accommodation voucher and the corresponding invoices.

Reservations will be processed in order of receipt. In case of not having rooms in the requested hotel, the available hotel with similar characteristics will be confirmed, after consulting with the requesting person. Any request implies acceptance of these conditions.
